Utah Pump-N-Run Players Make 2013 Deseret News State All-Tournament Team

Several of Utah Pump-N-Run’s players enjoyed an extremely competitive state tournament run this year. We’re proud to announce the following Utah Pump-N-Run players made the 2013 Deseret News State All-Tournament Team:

2A - Geno Luzcando (Wasatch Academy, 2014), MVP – Luzcando averaged 12.69 points/game, 5.38 rebounds/game, 4.08 assists/game, and 4.92 steals/game

3A - Jake Miles (Morgan, 2013), MVP – Miles averaged 16.48 points/game, 2.52 rebounds/game, 1.84 assists/game, and 1.85 steals/game

4A - Jalen Moore (Sky View, 2013), MVP – Moore averaged 12.99 points/game, 4.13 rebounds/game, 1.50 assists/game, and 0.83 steals/game

5A - Trevor Hill (Alta, 2014), All Tournament Team – Hill averaged 6.48 points/game, 2.58 rebounds/game, 1.73 assists/game, and 0.69 steals/game

Players with Utah Pump-N-Run lineage that received all tournament awards included American Fork’s Ryan Andrus (2014) and Lone Peak’s Eric Mika (2013), who was the tournament MVP for 5A. After playing two seasons with Utah Pump-N-Run, Andrus will play spring and summer basketball with X-Factor this season. Mika played with Utah Pump-N-Run in 2011 before formally transferring to Lone Peak and playing with their team in the summer.
